Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CatchSaaS. By using CatchSaaS, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

The Service

CatchSaaS is a SaaS opportunity discovery and analytics platform. It helps users research SaaS websites, traffic growth, traffic sources, commercial signals, categories, website details, and related sites.

CatchSaaS provides research data and analysis tools. It does not provide financial, legal, investment, tax, or business advice.

Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create security risk.

Subscriptions and Billing

CatchSaaS offers paid subscription plans. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the Pricing page before checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

Payments may be processed by Creem as Merchant of Record or by another configured payment provider. You must provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings, where available, or by contacting us at support@catchsaas.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a refund decision, your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

CatchSaaS is a digital subscription product. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

If you believe a charge was made in error, you were unable to access paid features after payment, or you have another billing issue, contact support@catchsaas.com within 3 business days of the charge.

Data and Analysis Disclaimer

CatchSaaS uses available data, samples, and analysis to surface traffic growth, traffic sources, commercial signals, categories, and related sites.

You understand that:

• Traffic estimates and growth metrics may be incomplete or approximate.
• Commercial signals are indicators, not confirmed revenue or verified transaction amounts.
• Website categories, positioning, and related-site recommendations may involve interpretation.
• CatchSaaS does not guarantee that any website can be copied, monetized, acquired, or turned into a successful business.
• You are responsible for your own research and decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CatchSaaS for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk export CatchSaaS data without permission.
• Bypass access limits, subscription controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service.
• Use automated systems to extract data at scale unless explicitly authorized.
• Misrepresent CatchSaaS data as verified revenue, guaranteed business outcomes, or investment advice.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Intellectual Property

CatchSaaS, including its software, design, branding, compiled data, analysis, and content, is owned by CatchSaaS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use CatchSaaS only as permitted by these Terms. No rights are granted except those necessary to use the service.

Third-Party Services

CatchSaaS may integrate with third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, email, and infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also change plans, features, or pricing with notice where required.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security risk, abuse the service, or use CatchSaaS in a way that may harm us, users, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CatchSaaS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatchSaaS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of CatchSaaS after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
